Video showing proper assembly of a TiAL wastegate
We will have better editing software shortly. Video shows proper wastegate assembly: first, place the small spring in it's place with the painted side down. Now place the large spring, make sure the springs are not touching. Next put the top on and insert the six actuator bolts and press the top down with your palm (high pressure springs may require the aid of a press). Get three actuator bolts threaded in but make sure you have enough room for a small allen wrench to fit in. Take a small allen wrench and tuck in/press down the diapragm to make sure it doesn't get pinched/unseat itself. once that is complete, use a press to hold the top down and tighten the actualtor bolts.
