The 1.16 and 1.30 A/R TiAL stainless steel v-band turbine housings feature the same compact and lightweight features as the 1.02 housing but with more flow! Now available, We took a 74mm Garrett GTX wheel, trimmed it down to fit the 72mm regulation, balanced the assembly to perfection and gave it a special ported shroud cover. This can be purchased as a complete unit or we can upgrade your current Garrett GTX4202R turbocharger!

 



MV-R 44mm Wastegate
The New 44

Available now in silver and blue, the MV-R is the replacement for the popular V44. Center lines and flanges are identical to the V44, making this a 100% replacement piece. MV-R is about an inch shorter than the V44 allowing for compact installs. It features water cooling ports (not required to run) for those heavy duty applications, three bottom pressure ports and two top ports for boost controllers like the AMS-1000.

This is a total replacement for the V44, production of the V44 has been discontinued.

 



QR Blow Off Valve
A More Compact Recirculating BOV

Available now in silver and black, this Q based BOV comes in two different sizes, a 1.0" outlet common for most cars with a Bosch style bov, and a 1.34" outlet for Evo/DSM. Users can also switch this unit to a Q atmospheric bov by simply purchasing the bottom half of the Q BOV, all other parts are the same!

Spring pressures are the same for the QR and Q, so you will use the Q BOV spring pressure chart to make your selection.

Outlet port size must be specified at time of order.

 



MV-S V2.0
Water Cooled, Re-designed Top, Same Price.

Available now in limited colors, this revamp features water cooling ports (patent pending) three bottom air ports and two top air ports. Water ports are not required for operation, but come in handy if you are road racing, the top hat is close to the turbine housing/down pipe or you have an engine bay that doesn't get a lot of airflow. Air and Water ports are clearly marked so there is no confusion.

MV-S Wastegate
V-Band 38mm Wastegate

TiAL will be replacing the F38 wastegate with the new MV-S wastegate. Small was on our mind when we developed this new ultra compact wastegate. It stands only 3.7" in height vs the current F38 which is 4.85" Other features include 3 bottom pressure ports for easy install and a top mount pressure port that can be rotated 6 different ways. No more bolts or gaskets and all configurations are leaded fuel safe. we also altered the way the diaphragm sits so it is virtually impossible to pinch. Now shipping in all colors.

 



 

.030 and .040 GT Series Oil Restrictors
Yes, We Know It's About Time

TiAL now offers these sleek looking GT series oil restrictors in both .030 and .040. Garrett GT ball bearing turbos like lower oil pressure and sometimes the built in restrictor is not enough, so you lay down a smoke screen that would put James Bond to shame. This problem is usually the result of the CHRA seeing more oil pressure than what is required. These little guys take a -4 fitting and install with ease.

 



Q Vent-To-Atmosphere Blow-Off-Valve
The Second Coming

New for 2008 is the first revision of the nine year old original TiAL BOV. The Q bolts right up to any standard TiAL flange so you can upgrade without having to re-weld. Through countless hours of R&D we were able to make the same size valve flow a staggering 60% more than the original design - that means 60% more air is blown off per cycle! This is the highest flowing BOV on the market. The Q will be offered in all of the current colors.

New Spring Pressures for the Q:

6psi = vac between 8 and 11

8psi = vac between 12 and 15

10psi = vac between 16 and 19

11psi = vac between 20 and 21

12psi = vac between 22 and 23

Alpha Q Recirculating Blow-Off-Valve
High Flow and a Happy MAF Sensor

New for 2008 is the first ever recirculating blow-off-valve offered by TiAL. This unique 50mm BOV flows 6% more than the current vent-to-atmosphere BOV we offer, bolts on to any standard TiAL 50mm flange (slip-fit beaded ends will also be available so you can run it in-line with couplers). It will be available in all current colors we offer. Check back for more information to be released.

 



5 Bolt T3 Internal Wastegate Adapter

This new cast piece from Garrett will allow you guys/gals running a T3 5 bolt exhaust housing on your GT28 or other 5 bolt T3 flanges turbos to utilize an internal wastegate. this unit comes with exactly what you see, the actuator and rod are not included.

 



GT4708/18 Turbine Housing Discharge Flange
Once Thought to be Extinct.

At TiAL, we got tired of not knowing the answer to your simple question: "Where can I find a discharge flange for my GT47 turbo?" We now have the answer: right here! Available in Carbon Steel currently (stainless on a per-order basis) this flange slips down into the housing to create a smooth exit for the exhaust gas and connects with a V-Band clamp.
